We service commercial and leisure life-jackets, automatic and foam-filled on board and at our premises in Gibraltar. We also carry out replacement of water cartridges, bobbins and lights.
FSG install and service fixed CO2 systems as well as galley wet chemical, FM200 and NOVEC systems. We also service foam systems, hydrants, water mist systems as well the testing of valves alarms on these systems.
FSG carry out the 3-yearly inflation tests of immersion suits to ensure strength and water integrity. We also carry out inspections, maintenance and replacements of whistles and lights.
FSG can test of all types of foam. All foam should be tested annually to ensure that it’s fit -for-purpose as foam concentrates can change in constitution and characteristics in time.
We test all types of fire detection and alarm systems, including conventional, addressable and as well as analogue systems. We can also carry out tests on aspirating air sample systems on board the vessel.
We carry out on-board service and inspections of fire hoses and hydrants and hoses and nozzle ensuring that there are no blockages. We produce a full report and certification.
We service and maintain all main branded self-contained breathing apparatus (SCBA). We can also carry out a full overhaul in situ and produce a comprehensive report.
We are the exclusive suppliers of Chubb fire extinguishers but FSG also supplies and maintains all types of portable and fixed extinguishers. We can also provide and install all types of spare parts and re-fills.
